1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Matinal (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Lavandula Technologies (“Matinal”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Matinal. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. The Service

Matinal is a move-to-donate platform that tracks your physical activity, awards virtual coins, and facilitates donations to verified NGO partners on your behalf. The Service is currently in pre-launch phase — features may change without notice.

• Coins are virtual and have no monetary value; they cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Donations are processed through verified NGO partners. We do not guarantee specific real-world outcomes.
• Leaderboard rankings are based on coins earned and are subject to anti-abuse measures.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate or spoof activity data to earn coins fraudulently.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software on Matinal are owned by or licensed to Lavandula Technologies. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Matinal is not a healthcare provider — activity data is for engagement purposes only and should not be used as medical advice. NGO partnerships are subject to change; we will notify users of material changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavandula Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your coins and any associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
